A few years ago, after the birth of our children, my wife and I decided I should
undergo a vasectomy. As with any type of surgery, I had fears and concerns.
One of my biggest concerns centered on the recovery period and discomfort that I
might experience.
My doctor informed me that it was common to experience a throbbing ache and/or
